Paying your dues

Dues can be paid by mailing a payment to our office, online via your homeowner portal, or online via the Truist website.

It is important that we have current contact information on file for all homeowners in order to keep the community up to date on events and meetings, as well as gaining access to your online portal.


If you need access to your portal or have had a change to your contact information, please complete the form below and return it to our office. Signature(s) is/are required. You can bring or mail the form to our office, or you can take a picture of the completed form and email it to andra@magnoliaproperty.management

Architectural Changes

Whether you are painting your house, changing your landscaping, or adding on, exterior changes to your property require board approval. The form below will need to be filled out and include any required documents, then submitted to the board for approval. You can submit the form and documents by mailing to our office or submitting the request via your online portal.
